We are so excited to now be offering Stroller Strides® & Stroller Barre®, mommy-and-me workouts at Sugar House Park! Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
Body Well™
Body Well is our 8-week mom-only program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly workouts, accountability, recipes, challenges, and more.
Fit4Baby®
FIT4BABY is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey.
